Deposit Policy for Late-Night and Long-Distance Trips

Go Rural Taxi operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that late-night pick-ups require a non-refundable deposit to confirm service.
In addition, certain long-distance or rural destinations may also require a deposit or travel fee due to distance and driver availability.

Before booking, please contact one of our centralized dispatch centers. Our dispatchers will let you know if your trip requires a deposit or additional travel fee based on your pickup location and destination.

Payment & Booking Policy for Out-of-State Pickups

If you are requesting a pick-up from Stillwater, Minnesota, or surrounding areas, please note that electronic booking is required in advance — no exceptions.

For security and verification reasons, cash payments cannot be accepted from those locations. All payments must be made electronically using one of the following accepted methods:

• Zelle

• CashApp

• Venmo

• Major U.S. credit cards (with a valid U.S. ID)

We also accept payment from roadside assistance programs and NON emergency service runs.
